LinerZ makes a foam insert for ball caps that is an unobtrusive way to protect your head from boom incidents and help the cap retain its shape longer. Linerz are ventilated and engineered to fit any ball cap. Ron Baerwitz, a prominent MC sailor uses the 1/4″ thickness and reports being satisfied.
