Core fitness, research has shown, is most often associated with winning sailor conditioning. I keep looking for the definitive guide to the best, doable exercise routine to focus on this area. Although written by a climber, this guide from Outside Online may be my leading candidate so far. I would think that climbers and sailors share the need for a strong and flexible core combined with awesome stamina. Let us know what you think.
